Return goods will be accepted on the following terms,
- Customer must raise return request within 07 days of receipt of goods.
- Company will accept returns if the Product is incorrect /Damaged/ expired at the time of delivery.
- Customer must submit a clear image of the defect product along with its manufacture date, expire date, Article number & invoice along with the return request to Wurth Lanka.
- Only Product Replacement will be done for return goods.
- Replacement for damaged and delivering of incorrect products will be done within 07 working days.
- No Cash refunds, only store credit valid for 3 months.
- Wurth Lanka will not accept goods return in following instances,
- Incorrect Product Ordered
- Incorrect Delivery address provided by customer
- Product damaged by customer
- Product used by the customer / Quality issues has to be informed through product complain (Asangi: 070-6899234, Hansika: 070-6979363)
