Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (for deliveries within
Colombo and suburbs) and 3-4 business days for outstation orders after payment confirmation.
Delays: We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen
circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may impact
delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.
Recipient Presence: It is the responsibility of the recipient to be present at the specified delivery
address during the estimated delivery window. If the recipient is not available, the courier may leave a
delivery notice or attempt re-delivery.
Signature Requirement: Packages require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure the secure and
proper handover of the goods.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review
your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Address Changes: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Address
changes after an order has been shipped may incur additional charges and delays.
